Terry, our Director and head PT is a Reps level 3 Certified Personal Trainer whose specialties are fat loss, sports conditioning, injury rehab, circuit training, nutrition and weight management.
Training with Fitness Associates involves functional exercises, using body weight movements with cardio and isolated muscle contractions to create the perfect balance
to your workout. We take you through a carefully constructed programme which is put together using the 'Fitness Evaluation' with your goals, targets, wants and needs a considered.
